Modern medicine environment is very highly distributed. Particularly acute Myocardial Infarction sick patient health care is performed by a network of various clinical divisions, including, emergency, coronary angiography, surgery, anesthesiology, intensive-care units, laboratories, wards, administration, storage and others. These units are not only spatially distributed but have different interests and organization.
